Logistics Conditions 

Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province, is located in central China. With the fame of "Thoroughfare to Nine Provinces", it is the  metropolis functioning as the important communication center. The trunk railways, expressways, waterways with Yangtze River as the backbone converging here have made it an important focal point. Having unvalled geographic location, growing market potential, extensive water resources, as well as the cultural compatibility and sound industrial foundation, Wuhan is the gateway for foreign investors entering central and western China.

Its hinterland location stands for the short distance links (of around 300 km) to major cities of central China such as Changsha, Zhengzhou, Hefei and Nanchang. It is also located along 70 large and medium-sized cities in the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta and to Beijing.   

Wuhans largest airport lies in the Huazhong District, it is also considerd one of the 4th largest air centers of China.

Wuhan is situated at the converqence of four national trunkrailways: Beijing-Guangzhou, Beijing-Knowloon, Wuhan-Jiujiang, Wuhan-Danjiangkou.

Wuhan consists of 6 national expressways including Beijing-Zhuhai, Shanghai-Chengdu all of which converge at Wuhan.

The significance about Wuhans port is that it is the largest river port in China which has extensive waterways with Yangtze River as its backbone.
